Facilitation

I have been convening and facilitating leaders from across the political spectrum in public and private settings for seven years now. I have learned a range to skills from the conflict resolution, leadership development, dialogue and deliberation fields to create formats that move participants through an (often deeply) transformational process.

Here’s an example of a panel I organized and co-facilitated with politically diverse leaders that completely energized a recent conference.

Speaking

I believe a presentation should do more than inform, it should inspire and when necessary, cause some discomfort as myths are challenged. I believe in image and story-rich presentations that connects mind, heart, and body.

Whether it’s a 60-minute interactive keynote that combines provocative content and experiential learning or a two-day intensive for your team, all of my presentations are customized based on your audience, goals, and the context of the gathering.
